HOW EASILY IS THE ORDERING DONE ?

Ordering is very easy and straight forward. Corrections before or on the checkout page are made easy. Adjustments in changing, going back & forward or changing to another product or going back to put a few more products on, or changing the quantity, it’s all easy. Even on the check-out page, you can go back again, to cancel products or cancelling the order by hitting the usual back (X) button at the left hand top corner. This is of course not preferred, but it can be done as last resort. Plenty of opportunity to overlook what you have done before you hit the “order” button.

So after you have done the order by hitting the “order button’, the website send straight away the order confirmation to your inbox, so you can check it all, even before the order can be executed by us. If you discover that still something needs to be changed, you can let us know by e-mail while on the website or give us a ring on +64 6 2102896 (On outside working hours or when not attended, you can leave a message on the answer machine) or send a text message to +64 27 363 6667.  Very simple and straight forward. In most cases it will take a few days before we have the order ready to go.  We are here to help you to succeed.

==  RETAIL  SHOPPING:

At the Check-out page, you can fill in the  information needed to do the purchase after which the payment can be done.

Minimum Retail order is NZ$20.00 for New Zealand.
Minimum Retail order is NZ$50.00 for Other Countries.

==  WHOLESALE – SHOPPING:

–   The wholesaler can do the same as the retail client, to login and see the appropriate prices.
–   Minimum order is NZ$100.00 for New Zealand.
–   Minimum order is NZ$200.00 for Other Countries

–   But for seeing the wholesale prices, the wholesaler needs to register by ‘filling in’ the minimum required ‘fields’ to be a wholesale client, which needs approval  from our administrator. After that, the approved notification can take a day or more.

–   After approval you can login with the e-mail address or username and password you have chosen, ready for doing purchases as a Wholesaler and to see the wholesale prices.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS:

– Greeting and Gift Cards are in its original condition as per the Manufacturers specifications. Some cards for special occasions have additional printed text inside, or is printed on an insert, which insert is attached to the center of the card.
– Cards can be delivered with Envelope in Plastic, or as a Card-Only, while in the Foil-engraved Series some pictures also are available as a Print on its own. (for Scrap-booking or Individual Presentations) The  number of available products and the prices are shown when you click on the “please select” button. If a higher number of cards are required than shown, please contact us, to make sure that we have the required numbers available because many cards are also available in other websites.

– Color differences of the cards are unavoidable because of their processing. For instance, many cards have a silver color finish on the  back or on parts on the front, while it appears on the website like grey toward black. Foil engraved cards can look different when holding it in a different angel toward the light, and similar with the High gloss Classic cards, where even white can look like grey It is hard to make a correct picture from the card suitable for the website to show its beauty, because of the reflective nature of the card itself which radiates different in various angles to its surrounding.
– Also for the other products is it possible that slight color differences can occur because of the process of providing a picture to be used on the website.

– Regarding the other products; Improvements and/or modifications to the seller’s products, prices and data are constantly considered and being made for improvements. A good sample are the hand-made Wedding Accessories.

– Although the seller has endeavored to ensure that the description and pricing of the products provided on its website are accurate, complete and current; the seller does not provide any representations or warranties as to its accuracy, completeness or currency of information.

– The seller also relies on information and/or pictures from its suppliers and product manufacturers and therefore the descriptions, illustrations and literature are not binding on the seller.

– If the goods do not match the description on the seller’s website, the buyer should inform the seller immediately so that the seller may take the appropriate action, which action is greatly appreciated.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of G.S.T. and stated in New Zealand Dollars. All prices are correct at the time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason (for instant with currency movements. But the price at the moment you hit the buy button, is the correct price, so not to worry.

ORDER PROCESS:

Delivery of the goods is after the verification of the received funds in our bank account.
For “non approved” Wholesale Customers, If there is a delay in payment, please let us know in time, otherwise when the funds have not arrived within 14 days after the placement of the order, the order will be cancelled.
The seller’s website, the information on it and any information in emails constitute an invitation to treat and not an offer to supply products. When the buyer orders products from the seller, this constitutes an offer from the buyer to buy those products in accordance with these Conditions of Use. The sellers acceptance of the buyers order occurs (and the contract is formed) when the goods are dispatched to the buyer.
Small orders fitting the description of letter (NZ Post) will be sent that way. Parcels will be send by Courier Fastways or NZ Post, and are insured. If you have any questions, please contact us.
When ordering please make sure that the delivery address is correct (no post boxes) and please provide us also with your phone number, because this will be filled in on the transport documents which enables the post or courier services, on your end, to reach you if needed.

The sellers discretion in rejecting orders

No order shall be deemed accepted by the seller until the seller has sent the buyers order and the money (the total amount of the due money for that completed order) has been cleared in the sellers bank account. The seller reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject (for any reason whatsoever and in whole or in part) any order submitted by the buyer. All correspondence and the filling in of forms regarding names, addresses and numbers need to be in the English, German, Dutch or Zuid Afrikaans Language. If the seller rejects the buyers order (or part of the order), any money paid by the buyer in relation to the rejected part of that order shall be refunded immediately and the seller shall have no further liability to the buyer in relation to the rejected part of that order.

Wholesalers: Orders & Payment Options

A  –  For New Zealand 

Goods will be sent by courier or NZ Post

There are 2 Payment Options:

1)  by credit or Visa Card when the order is made. (The ‘first order’ need to be paid at the order.)

2)  by “direct banking” for existing/approved customers. {new customers after approval of “Credit Application” (for shops and retail outlets in New Zealand only) Payment will be due by the 21st of the next month following the Invoice date.

Cash Sales are not accepted.

–  Approval is not a requirement when payment has been recorded as received for the ordered goods, after which the goods immediately will be dispatched, of course.

B  –  For all Other countries:

Payment

Payment can be done by Visa/Credit Card or international banking.  (The order will be cancelled If the funds have not arrived within 14 days after placement of the order.)
Combining Orders

Combining orders are automatically, when done the same day with orders from our other websites. Please note when ordered from gifts.net.nz then “Bulky and Heavy Articles” will occur additional Freight Cost, depending on the articles, like the Glass framed and Metal Magnets, Note pads, Various Stationary, Photo Frames, Trays etc. If you are intending to buy these, and are prepared to pay for the extra freight cost, that is o.k, so please let us know what you want and contact us for a quote for the additional costs. Thank you! Original the website gifts.net.nz was only for New Zealand for this reason. But we have experienced demand for various products from overseas countries, hence.

FREIGHT FREE DELIVERY will be done by using NZ Post Parcel International Air Freight – Economy which Includes Insurance up to a maximum value of NZ$2,000.00 per parcel.  It has a Tracking with a delivery time of approx. 7 up to 21 days using. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and can’t be mistaken (no post boxes),

– When ordering please make sure that the delivery address is correct (no post boxes) and please provide us also with your phone number, because this information will be filled in on the transport documents which enables the post or courier services on your end  to reach you if needed.

Privacy Policy

The buyer may order products from the seller by completing and submitting the checkout process on the seller’s website. The buyer must provide all *required information (including name, email address, and payment details) or the seller may not be able to process the buyers order. These details are used by the parties involved in the ordering/delivery/payment process and will not be passed on to others.
Apart from processing the order/delivery/payment, your email address will not be bombarded, but will be used to send you updates on the program and for specials, unless that you let us know to stop with that. This will NOT BE DAILY OR WEEKLY, but could be only with certain Events like Fathers-day, Mothers-day, Christmas etc. or Occasionally with New Products/Campaigns or Specials.

Return of Goods for Credit or Refund

Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer’s order can only be returned with the express approval of the seller. Returning will be at the purchasers cost.

Return of Goods Procedures

The Purchaser shall have seven (7) days from the date of receiving the goods from the Post- or Courier service, to notify the supplier of any rejected goods. Any goods rejected and to be returned to the supplier will be returned at the purchaser expense. All goods not returned or rejected within these seven (7) days shall be deemed to be accepted by the purchaser. Purchaser has the choice of the rejected goods to be replaced or the corresponding money being refunded. Goods to be returned need to be in the same pristine condition as received and is at the sellers discretion. Hence, In this regard the Debit & Credit Card Charge Back Conditions do not apply in our agreement with you. You can be confident that we do our utmost to provide you with new products in a pristine condition and with the best possible Customer Service!

Because of the nature of the products and of the delivery to a foreign country which makes returning unpractical and costly, an exchange service is not advisable, so please choose carefully before you buy.

Goods entering your country

Prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other imposts or charges (when the goods enter the country of destination) which may be payable in relation to buyers order. The buyer shall be liable to pay any of these import fees, duties, taxes, and other imposts or charges, which are payable in relation to buyers order. Victoriana Limited shall not be liable for these charges.

Agents in New Zealand

A Nation-wide service by our Agents, visiting the Shops on a regular basis, to fill customers ordering needs, has been established from the year 2000 onward. Shops and Retail outlets in various remote areas or area’s where it is not economical for the Agents to go, are glad to have the use of this website.

The seller reserves the right to change these Conditions of Use from time to time by publishing the changed terms on the seller’s website without further notice.
